1. Final Sale Agreement

All purchases made on ticketslouvre-global.com are final, non-refundable, and non-changeable. Once a booking is confirmed and tickets are issued, we incur immediate costs to secure your reservation. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or rescheduling for:

  • Change of mind or personal travel plan changes.

  • Customer errors during the booking process (wrong date, wrong time, or incorrect visitor names).

  • Requests for cancellation, regardless of how far in advance they are made.

2. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

It is strictly the responsibility of the customer to arrive at the designated meeting point or monument entrance at the time specified on the voucher.

  • Late Arrival: If you arrive late and are denied entry by the monument staff or miss your hosted entry group, you will not be entitled to a refund or a new ticket.

  • No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled visit, no refund will be issued.

3. Identification and Entry Requirements

Tickets for the Louvre Museum and other major monuments are nominative (assigned to a specific name).

  • Visitors must provide the correct full names of all participants at the time of booking.

  • A valid ID or Passport must be presented by each visitor at the entrance.

  • No Refund will be granted if entry is denied by museum security because the name on the ticket does not match the ID provided, or if the visitor fails to present a valid ID.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure)

The only circumstances under which a refund may be considered are:

  • Unscheduled Monument Closure: If the monument (e.g., The Louvre) is closed by the authorities on the day of your visit due to strikes, security alerts, or official ceremonies.

  • Inability to Fulfill: If we are unable to provide the service due to technical errors or a total lack of availability on our end, we will issue a full refund.

5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

In the rare event that a refund is approved by our management:

  • The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
